Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On May 11, 2021, Clene Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating and financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

In connection with a presentation by the Company at the 2021 meeting of the European Network to Cure ALS (“ENCALS 2021”) on May 12, 2021, the Company released an updated corporate presentation (the “Corporate Presentation”) on its website, www.clene.com. A copy of the Corporate Presentation is filed as exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company plans to use its website to disseminate future updates to the Corporate Presentation and may not file or furnish a Current Report on Form 8-K alerting investors if the Corporate Presentation is updated.
