On May
12, 2021, American Resources Corporation (or the
“Company”) issued a press release to announce the
reporting of the Company’s financial and operating results
for the first quarter of 2021 (the “Earnings Release”),
and to provide a business outlook.
The information presented in Item 2.02 of this Current Report on
Form 8-K and Exhibit 99.1 shall not be deemed to be
