On May 11, 2021, Satsuma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Satsuma” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, and its financial position as of March 31, 2021. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
