ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective May 5, 2021, Ms. Donna Ward voluntarily resigned as a director of Wytec International, Inc. (“Wytec”) and Wytec has accepted Ms. Ward’s resignation as a director of Wytec. Wytec has not yet identified a replacement to fill the vacancy on the board of directors created by Ms. Ward’s resignation.
