Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On May 3, 2021, Vivos Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an amended employment agreement with Michael K. Korenko, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, deemed effective January 1, 2021 (the “Korenko Amendment”). A copy of the Korenko Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1.
