OF THE SARBANES-OXLEY ACT OF 2002
The undersigned, who performs the functions of chief executive officer for Brookfield Property REIT Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to a Master Services Agreement, dated August 27, 2018, among Brookfield Asset Management Inc., the Company and certain other parties thereto, hereby certifies pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Section 1350, as adopted pursuant to Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, that:
