On May 3, 2021, Jack Holmes notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sharps Compliance Corp (the “Company”) that he has decided to decline to stand for re-election at the Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting. Mr. Holmes will continue to serve as a director until the 2021 Annual Meeting and his decision is not the result of any disagreement.
