Our Culture of Care The Carter Cares Task Force has conducted daily COVID-19 status calls and hosted weekly bank-wide leadership calls since March 2020. Club Care, a teammate wellness program, offers bi-weekly virtual sessions featuring world-class sports and celebrity speakers sharing self-care and healthy lifestyles tips.
