On May 3, 2021, Bogota Financial Corp., the holding company for Bogota Savings Bank, issued a press release reporting its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2021.
A copy of the press release announcing the results is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the
