Item 8.01 Other Events.

  

On April 30, 2021, Energy Services of America Corporation (the “Company” or “Energy Services”) announced that its Nitro Construction Services Inc. (“Nitro”) subsidiary completed the purchase of substantially all the assets of Revolt Energy, Inc. (“Revolt Energy”), a Delaware corporation located in Nitro, West Virginia for $150,000 cash. Employees of Revolt Energy have agreed to continue their employment with Nitro’s new subsidiary.

 

A copy of the press release dated May 3, 2021 is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is being furnished to the SEC and shall not be deemed filed for any purpose.
