Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Board of Directors of Driven Brands Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) has established June 9, 2021 as the date of the Company’s 2021 annual meeting of stockholders (the “2021 Annual Meeting”). The time and place of the 2021 Annual Meeting will be included in the notice of the 2021 Annual Meeting, which will accompany the Company’s 2021 proxy statement.
