Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On March 18, 2021, Dr. Neil Campbell resigned for good reason as a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Marizyme, Inc. (“Marizyme”).
On March 19, 2021, the Company appointed James Sapirstein, Chairman, to serve as Interim Chief Executive Officer.
