Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year 

On March 11, 2021, the Board of Directors of NetPay International, Inc. (the “Registrant”) changed the fiscal year end-date of the Registrant from March 31 to December 31.
