Item 8.01 Other Events
On
March 9, 2021, Tego Cyber Inc. (the
“Company”) announced that it has received approval from
OTC Markets Group for its common shares to be designated as trading
on the OTCQB Venture Market as of March 9, 2021 under the symbol
‘TGCB’. OTCQB
is designed for early-stage and developing U.S. and international
companies. To be eligible, companies must be current in their
reporting and undergo an annual verification and management
certification process.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit
99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
