Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Potomac Mills Mortgage Loan, an asset of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2016-P6 (the “Issuing Entity”), is being serviced pursuant to the pooling and servicing agreement (the “CFCRE 2016-C6 PSA”), dated as of November 1, 2016, by and among CCRE Commercial Mortgage Securities, L.P., as depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as master servicer, Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC, as special servicer, AEGON USA Realty Advisors, LLC, as Potomac Mills special servicer, Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, as operating advisor and asset representations reviewer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator, paying agent and custodian, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, which governs the issuance of the CFCRE 2016-C6 Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2016-C6. The CFCRE 2016-C6 PSA was filed as Exhibit 4.5 to the Current Report on Form 8-K with respect to the Issuing Entity, dated December 15, 2016 and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 15, 2016 under Commission File No. 333-207132-09.

Effective as of March 4, 2021, AEGON USA Realty Advisors, LLC has been removed as the special servicer with respect to the Potomac Mills Mortgage Loan under the CFCRE 2016-C6 PSA, and Situs Holdings, LLC has been appointed to act as successor special servicer with respect to the Potomac Mills Mortgage Loan under the CFCRE 2016-C6 PSA.  A copy of the related Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Special Servicer, dated March 4, 2021, is attached hereto as Exhibit 20.1.

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of December 1, 2016 relating to the Issuing Entity, filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K with respect to the Issuing Entity, dated December 15, 2016 and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 15, 2016 under Commission File No. 333-207132-09.
