On February 23, 2021, AppTech Corp. (“AppTech”) entered into an Independent Contractor Agreement with Innovations Realized, LLC (“I.R.”) (the “Agreement”). I.R. shall oversee the market definition and delivery of several key fintech initiatives. The Agreement states, among other things:
| (a) | the parties’ intent to enter into a binding agreement for I.R. to provide valuable services to AppTech; and |
| (b) | the award of option grants, subject to applicable vesting periods. |
