Explanatory Note

This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed on December 28, 2020, with respect to BANK 2020-BNK29. The purpose of this amendment is to correct a scrivener’s error in the Form 8-K in connection with the agreement previously filed as Exhibit 4.6. Accordingly, the pooling and servicing agreement entered into in connection with the BANK 2020-BNK29 securitization, which was previously contained in Exhibit 4.6 to the Form 8-K, is hereby replaced in its entirety by the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit 4.6. No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K other than the changes described above.
