On December 16, 2020, Skillz Inc. (the “Company”), as successor to Flying Eagle Acquisition Corp. (“FEAC”), issued a press release announcing the consummation of the business combination with FEAC. A copy of the press release is filed hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
