Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 15, 2020, Harmony Biosciences Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has enrolled the first patient in its Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of pitolisant for the treatment of excessive daytime sleepiness and other key symptoms in patients with Prader-Willi Syndrome.
The full text of the press release issued in connection with this announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
