On December 10, 2020, James S. Burns, a director of Aspira Women’s Health, Inc. (the “Company”), retired from the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”).  Mr. Burns’ retirement was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
