POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned directors of Lee Enterprises, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), hereby severally constitute and appoint each of Kevin D. Mowbray and Timothy R.
