Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 4, 2020, Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has finalized a conclusive settlement with Myers Power Products, Inc., a specialty electrical products manufacturer. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
