Regulation FD Disclosure.

This Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Form 8-K”) is being furnished by dMY Technology Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for the sole purpose of furnishing, as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K, the press release of Rush Street Interactive, LP (“RSI”), the Company’s business combination target, entitled “Rush Street Interactive Announces Third Quarter 2020 Results and Raises Full Year Guidance.” The press release announces RSI’s financial results for the period ended September 30, 2020.
