Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

FFBW, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company of First Federal Bank of Wisconsin (the “Bank”), today announced that the Company has appointed Leann Eddingsaas to serve as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer.

Since November 2019, Ms. Eddingsaas has been employed as the Controller of the Company.  Prior to this, from its inception in 2008 through November 2019, Ms. Eddingsaas served as the Controller of Spring Bank, Brookfield, Wisconsin.  Ms. Eddingsaas is a certified public accountant, licensed in Wisconsin.

Ms. Eddingsaas is not a party to any transaction with the Company or the Bank that would require disclosure under Item 404(a) of Securities and Exchange Commission Regulation S-K.
