Item 8.01 Other Events

 

On November 17, 2020, Shift Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) sent an email to certain holders of the Company’s public warrants who had made inquiries to the Company updating those holders on the status of the Company’s anticipated tender offer for those public warrants and the accompanying solicitation of consents. A copy of the email is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
