Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 16, 2020, Perceptron, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial and operating results for the fiscal 2021 first quarter ended September 30, 2020. A copy of the press release relating to such announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated by reference.
