On November 12, 2020, VerifyMe, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal year 2020 third quarter ended September 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
