On November 3, 2020, Ramaco Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release reporting its financial and operating results for the third quarter of 2020 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is and incorporated herein by reference.
