Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 3, 2020, Partners Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
The information disclosed in or incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02, including Exhibit 99.1, is furnished and shall not be deemed filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Company also announced in the press release that on October 28, 2020 its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per share to holders of record of common stock as of December 24, 2020, payable on January 2, 2021.
