On November 2, 2020, IAA, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 27, 2020.
The press release, dated November 2, 2020, is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
