Item 8.01 Other events.

 

On October 27, 2020, an additional utility patent was issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office related to Xeriant’s Halo aircraft technology (U.S. Patent No. 10,814,974). Halo is a development-stage eVTOL (electric vertical takeoff and landing) powered lift aircraft that has been designed to seamlessly transition from vertical to forward flight. This patent follows a previous patent issued October 22, 2019, with the original provisional application filed back in 2007.
