Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 31, 2020, Sierra Income Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has determined to continue the temporary suspension of the monthly distributions on the shares of the Company’s common stock. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
