Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously reported, the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (Bank) filed a proof of claim on April 6, 2020 as a “potentially eligible claimant” to share in disgorgement proceeds paid into a distribution fund in connection with a Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement action. On July 31, 2020, the Bank received payment of disgorgement proceeds in the amount of $85 million.
