Item 8.01 Other Events
On July 30, 2020, Capital Southwest Corporation issued a press release announcing that it received a “green light” letter from the Small Business Administration inviting it to file its application to obtain a license to operate a small business investment company subsidiary. The copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
