Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 23, 2020, Miragen Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) announced that the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted orphan drug designation to the Company’s clinical candidate, Cobomarsen for the treatment of t-cell lymphomas. The press release announcing the designation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
