Introductory Comment – Use of Terminology

Throughout this Current Report on Form 8-K, the terms “the Company,” “we” and “our” refer to Tyme Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its subsidiaries (“TYME”).

 

Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 16, 2020, Michele Korfin gave notice of her decision to resign from employment as Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective August 14, 2020. Ms. Korfin served as our Chief Operating Officer beginning in March 2019 and she previously served as our Chief Commercial Officer beginning in October 2018.

Our management and the Board of Directors of TYME thank Ms. Korfin for her valuable contributions and excellent service.
