On July 15, 2020, ENB Financial Corp declared a $0.16 per share 3rd quarter cash dividend payable on September 15, 2020, to shareholders of record on August 14, 2020.
The July15, 2020 press release announcing the 3rd quarter dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
