Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 16, 2020, Earthstone Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an operations update and 2020 production guidance. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Additionally, on July 16, 2020, the Company posted to its website a company presentation (the “Presentation Materials”) that management intends to use from time to time. The Company may use the Presentation Materials, possibly with modifications, in presentations to current and potential investors, lenders, creditors, vendors, customers and others with an interest in the Company and its business. A copy of the Presentation Materials is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
