Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On July 10, 2020, Ms. Yeung Pik Wah tendered her resignation from her positions as director and Chief Operating Officer of Global Seed Corporation, a Texas corporation (the “Company”), effective immediately. On the same day, Mr. Chiang Venant tendered his resignation from Vice President for Corporate Finance & Development of the Company. Ms. Yeung’s and Mr. Chiang’s resignations were caused by their personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement between themselves and the Company, its management, the Board of Directors of the Company or any committee thereunder.
