On July 9, 2020, TELA Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of an interim analysis from the Company’s BRAVO study evaluating the clinical performance of OviTex for the treatment of ventral hernias. A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
