Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 29, 2020, Mr. Paresh Chari resigned as a director and the chairman of the board of directors of 4M Carbon Fiber Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Chari did not resign because of a disagreement on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
