Item 5.03 Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws;
On June 26, 2020, Muliang Agritech, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation (the “Amendment”) with the Secretary of the State of the State of Nevada, changing its name from “Muliang Agritech, Inc.” to “Muliang Viagoo Technology, Inc.”. Company shall begin to trade under the name upon approval by FINRA. A copy of the Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1.
