Item 5.02.   Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On June 30, 2020, the Boards of Directors of TEB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and The Equitable Bank, S.S.B. (the “Bank”) appointed Lauren Poppen as Chief Financial Officer of those entities, effective July 1, 2020.
Ms. Poppen, age 36, is a Certified Public Accountant who has worked at the Bank beginning in 2014, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President, Treasurer and Controller.  Ms. Poppen previously worked for over two years at a public accounting firm, and was an Audit Manager at a division of BMO Financial Group.
In connection with this appointment, Jennifer L. Provancher, age 61, who served as President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank, will remain President of each entity.
