Item 8.01 Other Events

 

As previously disclosed, on January 24, 2020, Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing Qualifications staff of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) indicating that, based upon the closing bid price of the Company’s common stock for the 30 consecutive business day period between December 10, 2019, through January 23, 2020, the Company did not meet the minimum bid price of $1.00 per share required for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).

 

On June 30, 2020, the Company received written notice from Nasdaq informing the Company that it has regained compliance with Rule 5550(a)(2) and this matter is now closed.
