Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On June 30, 2020, Bright Mountain Media, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. As previously announced, the Company is having a Virtual Road Show on July 1, 2020. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto and is being posted on the Company’s website at www.brightmountainmedia.com.
