Item 8.01. Other Events
On June 30, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing the initiation of the development of a new product candidate, OPN-019, intended to reduce illness and transmission of the COVID-19 virus. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
