On June 24, 2020, Broadway Financial Corporation (“Broadway”) held an annual stockholders meeting. During the meeting, Wayne Bradshaw, President & Chief Executive Officer, provided Annual Meeting Presentation as included in Exhibit 99.1 of this 8-K.
