Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 25, 2020, The Commonwealth Fund published a research paper on its website co-authored by researchers at Harvard University and Phreesia that analyzed data on changes in visit volume for the more than 50,000 providers who are Phreesia clients. A copy of the paper is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
