On June 22, 2020, Strategic Storage Trust IV, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the acquisition of a self storage facility located in Punta Gorda, Florida. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
