Item. 8.01 Other Events
On June 18, 2020, First Choice Bancorp (NASDAQ: FCBP), the holding company for First Choice Bank (the “Bank” or “First Choice”) issued a press release announcing the promotion of Lorraine Lee to Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Commercial Banking of the Bank. Previous to her promotion, Ms. Lee was a Senior Vice President and the Chief Strategy Officer of the Bank.
A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
